In early fall of 2015, I started a sketchbook of watercolors as an act of meditation and healing. I call that sketchbook of paintings Wellpuddin’ Paintins because as an exercise, when I began taking Wellbutrin for depression, I wanted to mark the first 30 days. At the end of those 30 days I decided to keep going.
I am working on how to archive and present those paintings and am working with artist Jaime Knight in his studio to make a few mono prints of a small selection.
This series of twelve I just completed while in residence at the Turkey Land Cove Foundation. They are gifts. Most are untitled.
